Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Krishna Overseas, the legal entity operating KC Overseas Coimbatore, uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. To retain the Privacy of our customers & website visitors is our highest priority. Our relationship with you is very precious & we realise the value of the information that you share with us.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We may use the email address or contact number provided by you to send promotional emails or to talk to you about new products, special offers or other information periodically which will help you to plan.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy has applied since 1st January 2018 and was last updated on 23rd September 2026.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with two kinds of partner, and only what each of them needs. Education partners are our head office and the institutions and organisations we work with, so that your enquiry, application or enrolment can be progressed. Technology partners are the service providers who host this website, deliver your enquiry to our team, keep our forms free of spam, alert us when a page fails, and help us understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs.

Technology partners, including our advertising partners, set cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser, and the pages you visit. Our advertising partners may use it to show our advertising to people who have visited this website.

If you are signed in to a Google account and have allowed Google to personalise the advertising you see, Google also tells us, as grouped totals and never about you individually, the age range, gender and broad interests of the people who visit this website, and can recognise that one person visited on a phone and again on a computer. We never learn who those people are.

When you send us an enquiry, this website passes your email address and phone number to Google in hashed form, a code that stands in for the original so the details themselves are not sent. Google compares that code with its own records so that we can tell which of our advertisements led to your enquiry. We may also send Google the same hashed details for enquiries that go on to become our students, for the same purpose.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

If you would like us to delete the information you have given us, write to grievances.officer@kcoverseasedu.com and we will do so, except where the law requires us to keep it. Where a partner already holds a copy, we will ask them to delete it too.
